What format should files be submitted in?
For tracks being mixed the files should be dry (without any fx, except for those that you specifically want in the sound*) and should be WAV or AIFF separate stems which are clearly named.
For mastering tracks should be stereo WAV or AIFF.
*If sending stems with FX, such as delay printing not them, please also send a dry version.

how much headroom should there be?
When submitting a file(s) for mastering please leave as much headroom as possible. Ideally the output meter should show around -12db at the peak.
can i give a reference track?
Absolutely! If there is a certain sound that you are looking for then please do tell us!
do i get a revision?
We allow for 1 revision of a mix or master. After that, all revisions are charged at an hourly rate.
can you remove the person screaming in a live recording?
Audio repair is a very complex art form, but it's likely that we can yes. You should check out the example of a live recording repair in the media section!
how do i pay?
Either via bank transfer or PayPal. When you contact us we will send out an invoice with the information on once you've agreed to the work.
